My name is Zach and I’ve spent the better part of my life in and around the restaurant industry – not as a chef, but with the people building, managing, and keeping it alive.

From small operations to massive chains, I’ve worked with folks across the industry to help them solve problems, scale what works, and rethink what doesn’t.

I am the strategy and eCommerce director at RestaurantEquipment.Bid, a marketplace that helps restaurants get great equipment at better prices – especially when budgets are tight and supply chain timelines are brutal.
